Suggest a better descriptionCut zucchini into thin slices. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with whisk. Place milk in shallow bowl. Dip zucchini slices in milk, and dredge in dry mixture. Place costed slices on an oven proof rack coated with cooking spray. Place rack on baking sheet; bake at 425 degrees for 30 min.
